Welcome Welcome to the All the Best Rugs website. We are a family run business from Northumberland in the North East of England and have years of experience in the equestrian world. We stock thousands of products representing many leading brands at competitive prices. We are also members of the British Equestrian Trade Association (BETA). Please read our terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions please do not use this website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. By using this website, you signify your agreement to be bound by all of our terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account details and passwords remain confidential when using our website and agree to accept responsibility for all activities which occur under your account and password. If you become concerned that your information has become known to someone else, or that your account is being misused, please contact us immediately. Please ensure you provide us with complete and correct details when setting up your account. Please advise us should these details change at any time or you wish your details to be removed.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you. You confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website. We also reserve the right to change the Terms Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.

Our Contract

The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. When placing an order to purchase goods from All the Best Rugs, you will be sent a confirmation email confirming receipt of the order and the order details. A contract between you and All the Best Rugs will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items despatched, at which point your credit/debit card will be charged. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as do we, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We make every effort to ensure the pictures used to illustrate products on our website are accurate, however in some circumstances pictures are used for illustrative purposes only where product photographs are not available. If you are at all unsure about the item you are buying please phone us for details. If you believe the item you have purchased was represented incorrectly on our site we will provide you with a full refund and reimburse your postage back to us. All products offered for sale by All the Best Rugs are priced in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility. Occasionally there may be errors in pricing. If the cost of your order differs from the prices originally quoted, we will contact you, either by telephone or email, to request your instructions on how to proceed. Prices listed on our website may differ from those in our shop. We regret that we are not always able to offer the same discounts on items purchased in store. All the Best Rugs reserves the right to affect changes and these will be notified to you at the time of ordering. Payment Payment is taken immediately by our online payment provider Paypal. Paypal offers a secure payment gateway for online credit and debit card processing. By handling our payments in this secure manner it ensures no persons at All the Best Rugs ever view your card details. If you decide to cancel your order or we cannot fulfil an order, a full refund will be issued to your card via a second Paypal transaction. Do not email your card details. We can accept no responsibility if you provide us with your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution. All the Best Rugs take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering using our website. Payment can also be made by cheque. Please make all cheques payable to Equine and Country. Please allow 14 working days for payment to clear before your items are dispatched. Items will only be dispatched once your cheque has cleared.

Special Orders

We are happy to order special items for you. These being personalized goods, custom fit goods, non stock items and products made in different colours to those stocked. To order such items please phone us on 01434606409. We regret to inform you that all special orders are non-returnable. Postage We endeavour to post out your goods the same day they are ordered, and delivered to you within the number of days stated. However in busy periods this may take a little longer and may also be effected by other curcumstances such as weather or postal strikes. Postage costs are detailed in the website and we reserve the right to amend these costs for large or bulky items both within the UK and overseas. Please email or phone if you are concerned about this. A signature will usually be required when recieving your goods.


We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us immediately, within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered. Refunds or exchanges are made in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Under this regulation you have 7 days from the day following receipt of your goods to return them. If you wish to return an item you do so at your own expense (unless the item is faulty); the item must be unused and in its original condition (including tags). This does not affect your statutory rights.

The following is a quick guide to our returns policy:

* You have 14 days to return a non-sale item to us; items must be in their original packaging, unworn and not damaged. A full refund or exchange will be given. * You have 7 days to return a sale item to us for a full refund; you then have a further 7 days in which you can return the item but no refund can be given - you will be offered either an exchange or credit note (valid for 12 months).

* If an item is faulty on arrival you have 14 days in which to contact us for a full refund or exchange. If an item is faulty you will be reimbursed your postage back to us. Items deemed faulty after this period will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis in consultation with manufacturers. * If a parcel looks damaged on arrival do not sign for it; instead refuse the parcel as damaged during posting.

* We offer an extended period of returns at Christmas for goods purchased as Christmas presents. Last return date for Christmas presents is January 10th. If you wish to return an item after these periods you must seek authorisation by telephone. Credit note or exchange only will be offered after 14 days for non-sale items or 7 days for sale items.

Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: Riding Hats, Personalised and Special order items, Underwear, DVDs and Computer software. In some circumstances we may accept riding hats back however this must be via prior consent of the manager by telephone. You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as All the Best Rugs cannot be held responsible for any goods lost before they reach us. You will be refunded the full value of the goods purchased less carriage charge paid.
